Xportmine wants to build long-term business relationship with its customers - therefore we use to follow a liberal cancellation/termination policy under the following conditions:

  • The cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order with us. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if you have downloaded any information from our website .
  • After 24 hours of purchasing a subscription if you request for a cancellation policy then your further renewals will be deactivated but you would be charged for that particular month subscription.
  • If you download any information within 24 hours and initiate a cancellation, then it would be considered as an usage of our services and you would be charged for that particular month. While you further renewals would be deactivated.
